This place offers super friendly staff, a clean room, a basic but good breakfast and is in a great location not far from many attractions. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the soap, lotion and shampoo options in the convenient and eco-friendly pumps. The king room was tight but for us it worked perfectly fine. We especially appreciated the desk, microwave and refrigerator (although refrigerator doesn't have a freezer). We are cyclists and there is a path from the parking lot to TART trail. The current price is reasonable which we really appreciate. The staff also helped us with a couple of special requests which was greatly appreciated.

Wonderful hotel!!! Don't let the outside fool you: it is all remodeled inside and Very Clean!!!! Super clean!!!! I am a clean freak who doesn't miss a partical of dust, so one can imagine of how impressed I was to have found a hotel This Clean! Great location: walking distance to Pirate's Cove and Red Mesa Grill. Great price! It seems to be the only hotel around that isn't greedy, and that doesn't change ridiculously inflated prices. Pool area is nice, I was very impressed with cork lined floors in the pool area (vs tile, which is hard and slippery). Very comfortable stay! Totally recommend!

The staff was very friendly and even more helpful when it came to making every step of the process of the utmost convenience for my husband and me. And the queen beds in our room exceptional. Perfection in the ratio of softness to firmness. The beds were so very comfortable. The bathroom was also a point of exceeded expectation. They were clean and the bathtub was bigger than the standard size you get in your basic hotel room. I just loved our stay at this hotel. And I can't say enough about the staff and how kind and guest service oriented they were.

Older building but it's been kept up well. My room looked like it had recently been renewed with out carpet which I loved! Pool area was again older but clean and enjoyable. We had an issue with our TV but the front desk person was at our room to fix it in a few minutes. Front desk number was difficult to find. 501 for front desk. Breakfast was toast, cereal, yogert... Room had a refrigerator and microwave. Will stay again.

I had the worst experience with Booking.com! I made a reservation online at 8:15 am; after driving for 10 hours, I showed up at this hotel, and they had no rooms available; however, the front desk worked relentlessly to ensure my family of 4 had accommodations. After waiting an hour on the phone with booking.com - I helped housekeeping clean the only room available in the hotel. The manager was extremely accommodating.
