Seasons Inn Traverse City

The location was awesome and super close to downtown, which made everything really convenient. The room was spacious and the AC worked really well, which was a lifesaver during a hot July in Michigan. A special shoutout to the male staff member (I can’t remember his name, but he was Middle Eastern), he was incredibly friendly and helpful. It honestly felt like he was there 24/7; every time I left my room, he was either at the front desk or busy cleaning. Really made the place feel well cared for. Still, I’d definitely stay here again if I ever find myself back in Northern Michigan.

It was a good value. Updating was appreciated. Location was quiet. Pool and hot tub enjoyable. Breakfast was decent. The room was a little cramped. One bed less than a foot from the AC. A little cold for the people sleeping next to it and a little warm for the people farther away. We appreciate having queen beds and realize retro fitting them does have its limitations. Overall we had a good stay.

Facility was very clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful and rooms were nice. Amenities (pool and hot tub) were a plus. Location was perfect, very close to all our destinations.

The room was cozy and had everything we needed, including a decent size mini fridge for food and drinks. The beds we firm, and the linens were clean. The continental breakfast was small, but we ate out most of the time anyway, so it wasn't a huge deal. The location was perfect for us since it was near the Old Mission Peninsula and was close to plenty of restaurants.

This place offers super friendly staff, a clean room, a basic but good breakfast and is in a great location not far from many attractions. The beds are very comfortable and we enjoyed the soap, lotion and shampoo options in the convenient and eco-friendly pumps. The king room was tight but for us it worked perfectly fine. We especially appreciated the desk, microwave and refrigerator (although refrigerator doesn't have a freezer). We are cyclists and there is a path from the parking lot to TART trail. The current price is reasonable which we really appreciate. The staff also helped us with a couple of special requests which was greatly appreciated.
